Endoprosthetics of the shoulder joint
Shoulder joint replacement surgery is performed to relieve pain and other symptoms that arise due to damage to the shoulder joint. The operation involves removing the affected areas of the bone and replacing them with parts — special implants made of metal or plastic.

PCV rupture: causes, mechanisms, symptoms — everything you need to know
Ligaments are strong fibers that connect bones together. The anterior cruciate ligament is one of two ligaments that cross at the center of the knee and connect the femur to the tibia. The anterior cruciate ligament is the main stabilizer of the knee joint. Injuries leading to its rupture provoke further instability of the knee.

High-Intensity Laser Therapy
High-intensity laser therapy is a powerful method of overcoming pain. På (biostimulation a fotomechanical effect), the laser accelerates the healing and regeneration processes. High-intensity laser technology is based on the principle of low-level laser therapy.

Super-inductive magnetotherapy
Superinductive magnetotherapy (also called High-Intensity Magnetotherapy) is a modern, effective and safe method of treating pain without direct intervention in the human body. This is possible due to the influence on the neuromuscular tissue of the magnetic field, which creates a special superinductive apparatus. Already after the first procedure, there is a noticeable reduction in pain.

Про центр

Mashtaler Ortho&Trauma Center for Advanced Orthopedics, Traumatology and Rehabilitation is a place where experience and professionalism meet innovative methods of treatment.

We specialize in the treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, in particular in the field of arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine, arthrosis, pathologies of tendons, ligaments, muscles, back pain and functional disorders. In our work we use only the methods of evidence-based medicine. In the clinic, the patient receives a full cycle of medical care — from diagnosis to rehabilitation — with individual support at all stages of treatment.

Joint endoprosthetics

Joint endoprosthetics is a surgical procedure that involves replacing a damaged joint with a high-tech prosthesis. This method is recommended for patients with severe forms of arthrosis, arthritis, injuries or other diseases that lead to destruction of joint surfaces and severe pain.

In Mashtaler Ortho&Trauma Medical Center, we perform endoprosthetics of the knee, hip (through front “bikini” access) and shoulder joints, selecting the optimal type of prosthesis and procedure method according to the individual needs of the patient. Successful surgery allows you to restore the mobility of the limb and improve the quality of life.

Treatment of arthrosis

In our Mashtaler Ortho&Trauma Clinic, we offer an integrated approach to the treatment of osteoarthritis, aimed at improving the quality of life of patients. We use modern diagnostic methods, drug therapy, physiotherapy procedures and, if necessary, surgical intervention.

For each patient, we develop an individual treatment plan, taking into account the stage of the disease and the characteristics of the body, in order to restore joint functions as much as possible and reduce discomfort.

Treatment of joints with stem cells

In our clinic, we offer a modern approach to the treatment of joints using stem cells based on three effective technologies: BMAC, treatment with cells from adipose tissue and PRP therapy.

BMAC (bone marrow concentrate)

It is a method that uses stem cells isolated from the patient's bone marrow. They stimulate tissue regeneration, reduce inflammation and promote the restoration of articular cartilage.

Treatment with cells from adipose tissue

An innovative technology that involves the use of microfragmented adipose tissue rich in stem cells. It provides a long-lasting effect of regeneration due to active interaction with damaged tissues.

PRP therapy (plasma therapy)

This treatment method complements these methods by enhancing natural healing processes. Platelet-enriched plasma improves microcirculation, reduces pain and accelerates joint recovery.

The complex combination of these technologies allows to achieve sustainable results in the treatment of arthrosis, osteoarthritis, sports injuries and degenerative diseases of the joints without the need for surgery.

Arthroscopy of joints

In our clinic, we perform arthroscopy of joints using advanced techniques that ensure minimal trauma and rapid recovery of patients.

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure, during which we use a special camera and miniature instruments to diagnose and treat joint injuries. This method allows you to accurately eliminate pathologies of cartilage, ligaments, menisci and other structures without the need for large incisions.

The experience of our surgeons combined with advanced technologies guarantees the accuracy of the intervention, rapid recovery and high treatment results.

Plastic PCBs

Anterior cruciate ligament (PCOS) plastic surgery is a surgical intervention to restore stability to the knee joint after injuries. In our clinic, we perform operations arthroscopically with minimal tissue intervention.

Our Approach:

  • We use front access, which reduces muscle injury and accelerates healing.
  • We provide precise fixation of the graft to restore knee function.
  • An individual rehabilitation plan for a quick return to activity.

Corrective Osteotomy

Corrective osteotomy is an effective method of surgical treatment that allows you to restore the correct position of the bones, reduce the load on the joints and improve mobility.

The process involves surgical dissection of the bone to correct it, after which the bone is fixed with special structures. Thanks to an individual approach to each patient, we achieve the maximum functional result, minimizing the risk of complications.

Corrective osteotomy helps to significantly improve the quality of life of patients with deformities of the lower extremities, arthrosis or the consequences of injuries, delaying the need for endoprosthetics.

Fracture osteosynthesis

Fracture osteosynthesis is a surgical method of treatment that allows you to stabilize broken bones and ensure their correct fusion. In our clinic, we use modern technologies and implants that minimize tissue trauma and speed up the recovery process.

The procedure involves fixing bone fragments with the help of special plates, screws, rods or other structures. This allows you to ensure reliable stability even with complex fractures and quickly return the patient to an active lifestyle.

Thanks to an individual approach to each case, we select the optimal fixation method, which promotes rapid healing, preservation of limb functions and minimizes the risk of complications.

Treatment of shoulder dislocations

In our clinic, the treatment of shoulder dislocations begins with conservative therapy: physical rehabilitation, high-intensity laser therapy, focused shock wave therapy, magnetotherapy and superinductive therapy, which help reduce pain and restore joint function.

In the case of frequent dislocations, surgery may be indicated:

  • Operation Bankart is an arthroscopic procedure to restore the stability of the shoulder with minimal trauma and rapid recovery.
  • Latarge surgery — indicated for significant instability, involves the transplantation of part of the bone to strengthen the joint.

We select an individual approach to each patient, ensuring effective treatment and rehabilitation. It is very important that our team provides a complete cycle of rehabilitation and recovery of the patient — all the way to full recovery.

Treatment of foot deformities

In Mashtaler Ortho&Trauma Clinic, correction of valgus deformity of the first toe, other deformities of the fingers and correction of flatfoot are performed. With both disorders, depending on the stage of their development: the manifestation of deformity and pain syndrome, difficulty in picking and mobility - we can prescribe conservative or surgical treatment.

Conservative treatment involves drug therapy to reduce pain and inflammation, selection of orthopedic insoles and shoes to distribute the load correctly.

In corrective osteotomy, the right axis of the finger is restored through an incision of the bone, a change in its position and fixation with special implants.

After surgery, thanks to classes with a physical therapist and the selection of shoes that keep the foot in the correct position, patients gradually return to movement without pain.
