PCV rupture: causes, mechanisms, symptoms — everything you need to know
Ligaments are strong fibers that connect bones together. The anterior cruciate ligament is one of two ligaments that cross at the center of the knee and connect the femur to the tibia. The anterior cruciate ligament is the main stabilizer of the knee joint. Injuries leading to its rupture provoke further instability of the knee.

Super-inductive magnetotherapy
Superinductive magnetotherapy (also called High-Intensity Magnetotherapy) is a modern, effective and safe method of treating pain without direct intervention in the human body. This is possible due to the influence on the neuromuscular tissue of the magnetic field, which creates a special superinductive apparatus. Already after the first procedure, there is a noticeable reduction in pain.

Treatment of arthrosis (osteoarthritis)

#метод

Timely treatment of arthrosis allows you to restore joint mobility, reduce pain intensity and restore quality of life. Its main goal is to stop or slow down degenerative processes, start the regeneration of cartilage tissue and eliminate inflammation. In the treatment of this disease, a wide range of methods is used — conservative, surgical, injection and physiotherapeutic.

Osteoarthritis is one of the most common joint diseases

Osteoarthritis or osteoarthritis is a degenerative change in the cartilage tissue of a joint. This disease usually develops in older or middle age, but it can also occur in young people, especially in the presence of other chronic pathologies or metabolic disorders.

Arthrosis of the joints develops gradually and in most cases progresses slowly, destroying more and more of the cartilaginous tissue. At first, this causes mild discomfort, to which pain and limitation of limb mobility are gradually connected, and subsequently - deformation of the joint.

Osteoarthritis can affect most joints of the human body. Its most common forms are:

Osteoarthritis of the knee joint (gonarthrosis)

The knee joint is subjected to the greatest stress during walking, running, exercise and even sitting in an uncomfortable position. Therefore, most often doctors deal with gonarthrosis. Its symptoms include aching pain in the knee during walking and after exertion, a feeling of stiffness after resting, and restricted movements in the joint.

Osteoarthritis of the hip joint (coxarthrosis)

Hip joint disease can affect due to excess body weight, hereditary factors and congenital features of the structure of the joint. Coxarthrosis often occurs in people who lead a sedentary sedentary lifestyle. They complain of a feeling of “clicking” and stiffness when moving, as well as pain that radiates to the groin, buttocks, thigh, knee or lower abdomen.

Osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint (omarthrosis)

Injury to the shoulder joint is most often the result of a variety of injuries and heavy physical exertion, such as sports training or hard work. In the early stages, patients notice discomfort and limitation of the amplitude of movement of the limb, in the later stages they complain of severe pain and a feeling of stiffness.

What to look for: the main symptoms of arthrosis

The main symptom will be pain, limited mobility and a feeling of stiffness. Cartilage damage and chronic inflammatory process leads to the growth of bone tissue and the formation of osteophytes. It has a much lower level of elasticity, and therefore the joints can no longer provide the necessary freedom of movement.

Osteoarthritis of the joints also manifests itself in the following symptoms:

Causes of osteoarthritis

Gonarthrosis (arthrosis of the knee joints) most often develops with age as a result of injuries and overload of the knee joints. The development of gonarthrosis is also affected by the congenital shape of the legs.

Coxarthrosis (arthrosis of the hip joints) can be the result of joint overload and burdened heredity. The cause of dysplastic coxarthrosis is a congenital imperfection of the structure of the hip joint.

Omarthrosis (arthrosis of the shoulder joints) usually develops in athletes and people engaged in heavy physical labor. They feel the onset of the disease early, which is accompanied by a decrease in motor activity and the appearance of pain.

But it is important to remember that each of these factors can cause damage to any joints in the human body. Therefore, it is very important to monitor your health and apply for diagnostics in time. This is especially important for people in risk groups who have:

Stages of development of joint disease

  1. The person experiences discomfort, mild aching pain and limited mobility after heavy loads, but these symptoms quickly go away after rest.
  2. The pain is felt constantly. As arthrosis develops, the patient feels increasingly stiff and tries to spend as much time as possible motionless.
  3. The pain becomes acute and intense. A person develops lameness, limb mobility is limited. It is difficult for the patient to do everyday things without painkillers.
  4. The articular cartilage is completely destroyed, the mobility of the limb is minimal, which in many cases leads to disability. The only adequate way of medical care is to replace the joint with an artificial one.

Diagnosis that is necessary to detect arthrosis

Symptoms of osteoarthritis may be similar to manifestations of other pathologies of articular cartilage and connective tissue. Therefore, it is very important to conduct research to determine the exact diagnosis.

Diagnosis of arthrosis usually includes:
