Super-inductive magnetotherapy
Superinductive magnetotherapy (also called High-Intensity Magnetotherapy) is a modern, effective and safe method of treating pain without direct intervention in the human body. This is possible due to the influence on the neuromuscular tissue of the magnetic field, which creates a special superinductive apparatus. Already after the first procedure, there is a noticeable reduction in pain.

Arthroscopy of the shoulder joint
Arthroscopy of the shoulder joint is a surgical procedure that allows the doctor to see all components of the joint, with minimal trauma to the surrounding tissues and a low risk of complications.
Shoulder joint replacement surgery is performed to relieve pain and other symptoms that arise due to damage to the shoulder joint. The operation involves removing the affected areas of the bone and replacing them with parts — special implants made of metal or plastic. This operation is called endoprosthetics of the shoulder joint.
When is the endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint needed?
Conditions that can damage the joint and lead to the need for surgery include:
Osteoarthritis. This is damage to the cartilage that covers the ends of the bone and helps soften the movements of the joint.
Injuries to the shoulder cuff. Injuries to this group of muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint can lead to damage to cartilage and bone in the joint.
Joint fractures, injuries or previous operations on the shoulder joint that did not give the expected results.
Rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory diseases of the joint. Joint inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis can damage cartilage and sometimes bone in the joint.
Osteonecrosis. Some types of shoulder diseases can affect blood circulation in the upper part of the humerus. When the bone does not receive enough blood, it can collapse.
The need for surgery is determined by the doctor after an individual examination and examination.
How is the preparation for the operation?
Before the operation, it is necessary to undergo the following examinations:
general blood test;
biochemical blood test (glucose, creatinine, urea, ALT, AST, bilirubin fractionally, total protein, D-dimer);
coagulogram (prothrombin time, prothrombin index, international normalized index (MHV), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTCH), fibrinogen);
blood group and Rh factor;
blood test for Treponema pallidum (syphilis), quantitative, total antibodies, Hepatitis B, qualitative, Hepatitis C (antibodies (total), qualitative)
general urine test.
All of the above laboratory studies are performed at Mashtaler Ortho&Trauma Clinic. The need for additional examinations and/or consultations of related specialists is determined by the doctors of the clinic individually during the consultation.
How is the operation of endoprosthetics of the shoulder joint?
Immediately before the operation, the patient is given anesthesia.
On the front of the shoulder, the surgeon makes a small incision to provide access to the joint.
Removes the affected elements of the shoulder joint and prepares it for receiving the components of the endoprosthesis.
Installs a prosthesis, which can be made of metal or plastic.
Next, the incision on the skin is sewn, leaving small seams.
After the operation, the patient is transferred to the postoperative ward for several hours until the anesthesia wears off. Medical personnel monitor blood pressure, pulse, pain and comfort levels, as well as the patient's need for medication.
How is recovery after surgery for endoprosthetics of the shoulder joint?
The next morning after surgery, most patients can go home. However, sometimes it may be necessary to stay in the hospital for a longer time. The duration of the recovery period depends on the volume of the endoprosthesis. For each type of injury of the shoulder joint and depending on the individual characteristics of the patient, a separate rehabilitation program has been developed.
